NEOUZA Wooden Product Care Instructions
XuGuangyong

Our Neouza products, including coffee filter basket handles, some coffee tamper handles, and storage utensils, are crafted from high-quality solid wood. These wooden items require special care to maintain their beauty and functionality. The following maintenance guidelines are specifically designed for these wooden products to ensure their longevity and optimal performance:

    1. Avoid Adverse Environments: Do not place products in dishwashers, dryers, or areas with extreme temperature changes and humidity to prevent damage.
    2. Clean and Dry: Wipe with a slightly damp soft cloth after use. Avoid contact with harsh chemicals, alcohol, bleach, or abrasive cleaners.
    3. Regular Maintenance: Apply food-grade mineral oil (e.g., beeswax oil) every 1-2 months. Use only food-grade products. Address mold spots or cracks promptly or replace if necessary.
    4. Proper Storage: Store short-term in a ventilated, dry area. For long-term storage, clean, oil, and seal in a breathable fabric bag.
    5. After-Sales Service: Contact the supplier via the original purchase channel if damage occurs under normal use.

Following these guidelines will help preserve the quality and appearance of your wooden Neouza products.

Why Your WDT Tool Fails? Fix Needle Density in 1 Minute!

WDT (Weiss Distribution Technique) tools are designed to improve the distribution of coffee grounds in your portafilter before tamping. However, if the needles on your WDT tool are too tightly packed together, they may unintentionally push the coffee grounds to the side, creating hidden clumps that can negatively affect the consistency and quality of your espresso. These clumps can cause uneven extraction, resulting in under-extracted or over-extracted flavors in your cup.
