Choose Your Style
Double Spouts (Spouted): the two-spout design guides espresso through two outlets, letting you brew two cups at once while reducing splashing and keeping the countertop cleaner. More forgiving if your grind or tamp is slightly off — a great everyday, no-fuss choice for daily espresso and sharing.
Bottomless: open bottom with no spouts, so you can watch the espresso flow directly from the basket — the best tool for spotting channeling, uneven distribution or grind issues and improving your technique in real time.
Both styles are available in two handle shapes — Cylinder and Teardrop. Pick the style and shape you prefer at purchase.
Specifications
Basket Diameter: 51mm | Ear Count: 3 ears
Portafilter Ear Specs: Thickness 3.5mm / 4mm | Length 19mm

Head & Basket Material: 304 stainless steel, SGS certified for food contact
Included basket: 1 x double-shot non-pressurized basket | Recommended dose: 16-18g. A non-pressurized basket does not create fake crema — crema comes entirely from the quality of fresh coffee beans and proper extraction technique.

• Double Spouts — Teardrop-shaped handle
• Bottomless — Cylinder handle
• Bottomless — Teardrop-shaped handle
Please select the option you want at purchase — the style and handle shape you receive depend on the option you choose.
Why You'll Love It
Brewing Insight You Can See: the bottomless option shows the full extraction in real time, while the spouted option delivers clean, splash-free double shots — pick the style that fits your routine.
SGS Food-Grade Safety: body, basket and metal head made of 304 stainless steel, certified for food contact safety by SGS. Natural rosewood handle finished with food-grade wax oil — safe and durable.
True Crema, No Fakes: the non-pressurized basket does not create fake crema — the natural aroma and true crema of your coffee beans shine through proper grinding, dosing, and tamping.
Secure Lock, No Leak: lug dimensions calibrated against original 51mm 3-ear portafilters for a tight, wobble-free fit — sits flush against the gasket to prevent side leakage or pressure loss.

How to Use
Fill the portafilter with freshly ground coffee → distribute and tamp evenly → lock into the machine → brew and enjoy. With the spouted option you get a clean split into two cups; with the bottomless option you can watch the flow to fine-tune your technique.
Quality & Care
Easy to clean: the handle head and basket are detachable — rinse under running water, no hard-to-reach areas.
Wooden handle care: the handle is not painted, only finished with food-grade wood wax oil. Color may naturally fade over time — apply wood wax oil periodically to restore its shine. Do NOT put the wooden handle in a dishwasher or soak it; wipe with a damp cloth and air dry.
FAQ
Q: Why does coffee flow unevenly from the two spouts / one side faster than the other?
Uneven flow is usually related to grind size, dose, distribution, tamping level, or whether the machine is level — it is not necessarily a product defect. Keep the dose around 16-18g, distribute and tamp evenly, and make sure the machine is placed level.
Q: After installation, the portafilter won't lock tightly / leaks water / sprays from the side?
First check if the machine's gasket is worn or deformed — replace it if necessary (most common cause). Then check: 1) grind size too coarse (grind finer); 2) insufficient dose (16-18g); 3) uneven distribution or tamp; 4) whether the portafilter is fully locked (some machines need rotating further to the 4-5 o'clock position). If the issue persists, contact us.
Q: Coffee sprays or splits into multiple streams during extraction (bottomless)?
Spraying is usually a sign of channeling, caused by uneven grind, clumps in the coffee bed, or an uneven tamp — it is not a product defect. Use a WDT tool to break up clumps and tamp evenly.
Q: Why is there little or no crema?
Crema depends on bean freshness (best 2-4 weeks after roast), grind size (like granulated sugar), extraction pressure and dose. A non-pressurized basket does not create artificial crema — use fresh, high-quality beans and proper technique.
Q: What dose is the basket?
It is a double-shot non-pressurized basket. Recommended dose is 16-18g. You may adjust according to your taste.
Q: How do I clean the portafilter?
The handle head and basket are detachable — rinse under running water. Wooden handles must NOT go in a dishwasher or be soaked; wipe with a damp cloth and air dry. Periodically check and clean the machine's gasket.
Q: My machine model is not listed in the compatibility list. Can I use this portafilter?
Most 51mm 3-ear espresso machines are compatible. If you are unsure, contact us for confirmation before ordering.
